Chat privacy and usage limits

You are speaking with Hakan’s AI representative. Messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response; do not share private or sensitive information.

Chat history on this site is encrypted and temporary; it expires 30 minutes after the last message. “New chat” deletes it immediately. OpenAI’s data retention terms apply separately.

Limits: 25 messages per conversation, 10 requests per minute and 60 per day from the same network. A new chat does not reset network limits. Usage/error metadata is kept for 90 days without message text or raw IP addresses. The agent stops at the monthly usage cap.

The agent can make mistakes. It describes Hakan and his work using approved information; it does not send messages, book appointments or promise prices on his behalf.
